Marinade Ingredients:
3 Tablespoons Olive or Canola Oil
1 Tablespoon lemon juice
1 Tablespoon Italian seasoning
1-2 cloves garlic, minced
1/4 tsp. ground black pepper
4-5 bonless, skinless chicken breasts
Directions:
Combine all ingredients and marinate in a gallon size bag overnight.
Coat grill with no-stick cooking spray. Heat over medium heat. Grill 6-8 minutes per side until juices run clear. Cover with aluminum foil and allow to rest for 5 minutes before serving or slicing for freezer preparation.
Freezing: Cool, slice, label and bag for any chicken desired chicken recipe. Refer to the boiled chicken recipe for chicken ideas.
