2 cups cubed or shredded chicken from the boiled chicken recipe
2 cups bag salad or torn lettuce
6 whole wheat tortillas
1/4 cup sliced sweet onion, optional
1 small tomato, diced, optional
1/2 cup low-fat greek dressing
1/2 cup reduced fat feta cheese
Thaw chicken. Mix all the ingredients in a bowl except for torillas. Warm tortillas in microwave for 1 minute. Place 1/4 cup mixture in the center of tortilla. Fold sides up first and roll to the opposite end pushing the ingredients tightly. Slice on the diagonal and serve immediately.
